London Broil Italian Stuffed Rolled

Ingredients

Italian Rolled London Broil

three T olive oil
three T balsamic vinegar
2 T garlic, crushed
ane t Italian seasoning
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 roasted red peppers, quartered
ii oz (approx. iv slices) provolone or smoked mozzarella cheese
half-dozen thin slices prosciutto
1/ii oz fresh basil leaves

Sautéed Broccolini, Sweet Peppers and Onions
1/2 lb broccolini or broccoli rabe, cut into bite-size pieces
1 yellow bell pepper, cutting into strips
one yellowish onion, cutting into strips
one T actress virgin olive oil
